We offer both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with the plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

Subscription fees will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the subscription plan you select. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for these recurring payments. If your payment cannot be completed, we may suspend or terminate your account.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services ("User Content"). By providing User Content to the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display the User Content in connection with operating and providing the Services.

You retain all rights to the AI-generated content created through your use of the Services, subject to our underlying intellectual property rights in the AI technology and models.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EduAI, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
